It was announced by the CBN(central bank of Nigeria) that on the fifteenth of December 2022 Nigeria's currency is going to have a new look it was also announced that by January 2023 everyone in Nigeria is going to use the new currency.

THE 200 NAIRA
THE 500 NAIRA
The 500 naira note was changed from colour yellow and brown to green .According to the
Governor I paraphrase ''the only change made on the currency looked like a work done on photoshop or snapchat''
THE 1000 NAIRA The 1000 naira note was also change. it had a formal colour of white and was now change to light blue. the CBN have introduced the old currency but with a new colour. as given with the picture above.
We know that there are many news out there, concerning the change of the nigerian currency.

Now there are also news out there about the 5000 naira note and the 2000 naira note. we have not confirmed the information yet.
