If you're someone who does not like going to the gym or working out to lose weight, you could try to trick your brain into doing an exercise, but not 'literally.

- Stay hydrated, and again, water comes in handy. You can confuse being thirsty with being hungry, so drink enough water to help you reduce unnecessary snacking at night.
- Create a routine: establish a bedtime routine that doesn't involve food, something like a warm bath that will put you right to sleep instead of being awake to look for food.
If you are incorporating this, it will not only support your weight loss journey but also help promote good overall well-being, and by doing this, you can achieve lasting weight management.
